🎯Challenge & Problem
In the hospitality sector, tracking guest requests and lack of coordination among staff reduced service quality. Hotels needed a structure where customers could manage all transactions from a single mobile device, and notifications were instantly transmitted to staff.
🚀Solution & Architecture
I architected and coded the entire backend and API infrastructure using .NET 8 (Solo). I enabled real-time data flow between guest and staff apps using SignalR. Thanks to notification services, every request falls to the relevant department within seconds.
